1. Eligibility for Refund

Because K-Saju delivers a digital product (AI-generated PDF report), refunds are handled as follows:

  • Refund Eligible: If you complete payment but your PDF report is not delivered to your email within 30 minutes, you are entitled to a full refund. Contact us at support.whatismykelement@gmail.com with the approximate time of your purchase.
  • Not Refund Eligible: Once your PDF report has been successfully delivered, the purchase is final and non-refundable. This applies even if you are dissatisfied with the content of the reading, as the product is delivered as described.

2. How to Request a Refund

  2. Include the approximate date and time of your purchase
  3. We will verify your order and process the refund within 3-5 business days
  4. Refunds are returned to the original payment method (PayPal)

3. Technical Issues

If you experience technical issues preventing you from receiving or accessing your PDF report, please contact us at support.whatismykelement@gmail.com. We will do our best to resolve the issue, including re-sending your report. If we are unable to resolve it, a refund may be issued at our discretion.

4. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or dispute through PayPal without first contacting us, we reserve the right to provide evidence of delivery to contest the dispute. We encourage customers to contact us directly — we are committed to resolving any genuine issues fairly.
